"The Seal is BYD’s best selling fully electric model" - well probably not after this review, so many issues and things that don't work that well. Thanks for the honest review. BYD not fixing the charging issue for a press car, that tells me that the customer experience doesn't look too enticing for prospective customers. What were they thinking? Imagine doing that run on a long weekend with queuing involved.

I have done the Syd to Mel trip in 9.5 hours when everything just worked perfectly arriving at the charging station with a very low SOC and moving on once I had enough charge for the next planned charging stop with a 15 % buffer.
