Nobody wants to see a parking ticket tucked under their windshield wiper. Especially if you know you paid for parking.

That is exactly what has happened to some drivers in Harrisburg recently, forcing them to petition SP Plus, the parking operator in the city, to void the bad tickets within days in order to avoid further penalties.
