The Multifamily EV Charging program currently offers EV Charger-Only Incentives. Requirements are subject to change.

Our EV Charger-Only incentives offer flexible project caps depending on the property type and parking allocation. Only project costs related to the installation of applicable chargers are eligible for coverage. This includes labor, wiring, conduit, circuitry, permits, and materials.

Level 1 ChargerLevel 1 chargers use a standard household electrical outlet.

Level 2 ChargerLevel 2 chargers use a higher voltage and are professionally installed.
