The City of Clearwater is seeking a firm to provide design services for the construction of a new Public Works Complex. The current location of the existing complex, 1650 N. Arcturas Avenue, Clearwater FL, 33756, should be included in the evaluation. Pre-design scope also includes an update to the November 2017 Facilities Needs Assessment and Facility Design Criteria prepared for the City by AECOM
